You dont have to do a enema...there are things you can drink over the counter that will work....but it takes a little to kick in....magnizium citrate or fleet has these kits that you can buy for then people get there system cleaned out. Or go a liquid diet for a couple of days....Oh I know this cause I work for doctors any questions email me_

cut a small peice of soap and shove it up ur ***. Give it 3-5 minutes before it starts working. I'm not sick
