i know everybody is different, but what tattoo machine/kit would you recomend for a beginner?

I only have about 200 dollars to spend... i'm a little confused about liners and shaders.. will i need two guns for this? How many needles? somebody help!!

Try going to www.tattooz.net they have many professional tattoo artists there that can answer your question the best.
