i've never froze pasta before so i didn't know.

Chicken spaghetti freezes very well. If you normally put grated cheese on top of it, I would leave it off until you are ready to defrost it and heat it for serving. Be sure to seal it in as air tight a condition as possible.

If you've never done it, that's a good thing, try it if you would like to know for yourself, just how bad it is. Next time I would add the sauce to whatever it is you are planning to eat, and keep the rest separate. This will allow you to freeze the sauce, and use the pasta for something else, but it is almost impossible to freeze the pasta after it is cooked to render anything edible after it has been thawed and re-heated. If you see frozen pasta in stores that is because they are fresh, and have yet to be cooked.

yes pasta freezes well the best of any foods never rice

yeah, pasta freezes fine. just heat and eat after!

YES YOU CAN FREEZE PASTA . JUST PUT IN AN AIR TIGHT CONTAINER
