According to Mark 6:3
"This is the carpenter the son of Mary and the brother of James and Joseph and Judas and Simon, is it not? And his sisters are here with us, are they not?” So they began to stumble at him."

Friend Gary - The truth is, we do not know for sure. Some Catholics prefer to believe that Mary remained forever a virgin, but will grant the possibility of step brothers or sisters that Joseph may have parented prior to being with Mary. Christians who do not believe in the importance of Mary's virginity often discuss the possibility that Jesus had siblings, possibly that participated in his ministry. But, we just do not know for sure. Sorry. GB

He had either 3 or 4 brothers, all named in the Bible. As for the sisters, the Bible says Jesus had sisters, but does not say how many or any names. They were while he was alive and they were born of Mary and Joseph. I really wouldn't call them 1/2 brothers or sisters, they were actual brothers and sisters. Joseph was Jesus' earthly father in everyway except the conception.

I do not know of scripture that can be clearly translated that Christ had literal brothers and sisters, but Joseph and Mary likely had their own children.

The bible does not say. It only records that he had brothers.
