may be the question should now be, why do we hate illegal immigrants so much, cause they broke a law? or cause they are poorer to be legal? so does every one here think being illegal is a choice? how dumb is that, it is not a salad dressing, if they were giving a chance to be legal, they would definitely would, but we are so ready to toss judgment at the poor or the incapable, maybe ask dear old bush to make a bet easier for them, so they would come out of the ditches they live in and be a "good citizen"

I am not against either of them. I know that legal immigrants are usually professional people who actually had the money, time, and patience to do it right, and illegal immigrants are just people who found themselves in a desperate situation where money was urgent and had to break the law of another country to escape the situation. Some illegal immigrants, as well as legal, don't know how to behave in a foreign country (or even their own) and I think THOSE should be deported since they are wasting their opportunity of achieving the American Dream. Most Americans don't understand this since they have never been through economic crisis where you don't even eat well (after all, welfare is always there in case they do run into a situation like this). I consider all those totally anti illegal people to just be selfish prideful people who have no consideration for others; they point their finger at illegals because they broke a law to survive but at the same time they support gay marriage (which is non-excusable).
Just remember that when you are pointing a finger at someone, four fingers are pointing back at you!

This is the problem with some people on here... they have this annoying tendency to hail illegals as THE immigrants, or condemn legal immigrants along with the illegals on some spurious grounds... both cases being unjust and false.
I celebrate legal immigrants, and I have no personal vendetta against illegal immigrants. What I am against is the repeated violations of the laws of sovereign countries (YES the USA is a sovereign country).
Let me guess... you willing to break a law as long as it conveniences you? I'm sorry but I cannot condone that. I was not built that way.

Lumping legal and unlawful immigration into the question is a typical spin via people who choose open borders and care no longer something approximately our very own lifestyle and rules. maximum of those adversarial to unlawful immigration have little concern over legal immigration - in certainty most of the main adversarial people to unlawful immigration are family members of those attempting to get right here legally and having to attend. unlawful immigrants variety extra then 10 million and particular as many as 20 million. they're little doubt a severe burden on faculties, wellness care and regulation enforcement - in certainty they kill 25 people an afternoon interior america - extra then the form of squaddies killed each and daily in Iraq - much extra.

Just the illegal immigrants. Legal immigrants founded this country and have every right to continue to shape our great nation.

Just the Illegals of course! How could I be against legal immigrants, when we all immigrated here ... or at least our ancestors did, excluding native americans of course!

I am only bothered by illegal immigrants. Legal immigrants actually want to be Americans, they don't just want to take without
giving back.

I am a legal immigrant. Born in Europe and naturalized in 1990. I would not have dreamed of coming in illegaly.
