Since you don't elaborate on what you mean by believe, I can only assume you mean, believe that they exist. It is a fair assumption, no? I absolutely believe liars exist, because there are people that absolutely lie. Even if it is the smallest lie, like, water is not wet, that would indeed make them a liar, and they have proven also, to exist. There you have it.

Do I believe liars exist? Yes, of course. Am I taken in by them? Well, yes. I try to be non-judgemental and that means sometimes treating what a person says as tuth when I know its a lie (sometimes there are other things to consider, like that persons self image).

Not a clear question. I know they exist. I believe they can be helped,and I believe God forgives them if they believe in Jesus .
I personally would double check what ever they told me .
