Ask someone who speaks Russian to translate it. Online translation programs are no good. At best, they'll get the gist of your message across; at worst (the usual), they totally mangle your text!

Not sure I fully understand the question. If only it was possible to write in English, press a button and the computer would magically translate it into another language. Unfortunately, not sure that day has arrived yet. They will just have to translate it at the other end or you will have to write it in Russian.

You can send it in English and when it gets there they can hit Russian to read it. The fonts on some change languages.
