I want to throw up because for the last 7 days, anywhere I go, I feel like I need to throw up, so I always go to the bathroom to see if I can, I just want to get it over with, I just started my period today, do you think periods can cause you to feel like your going to vomit? Im always burping without even drinking anything, for the last seven days atleast, What should I do, please give me some good helpful advice, My name is Ashley, and Im only 16.

leave a jug of milk out all night, then urinate in it the next morning. AFter that, drink it, i know it sounds disgusting but every time i need to throw up i do this, it works 60% of the time, every time. you'll puke for sure.

everyone is different but periods can make you feel sick like that its like a yucky feeling. i dont think your body can keep you from throwing up its a reflex. try taking some pepto or maylox or antiacids like that.

ashley take two gas-x and see if that helps you If it does not you you could be pg and i hope you have ot done anything to be that way.

get some tums or some kind of antacid and go see your doctor as soon as possible....left untreted it can turn serious mine did.
