I often get itchy in my rectum and when i wipe my rectum to try and make the itchiness go away a lot, I sometimes get a rash, why is this happening??

and yes I do rinse off the soap on my rectum and everywhere else when I take showers!!

May want to consider pin worms. If it was itching of the anus, would require a different answer. But rectal itching is pretty indicative of an infestation.

It might be hemorrhoids or possibly some type of yeast infection. The constant itching could be irritating to that area, thereby causing a rash. I would consult a doc to make sure. To relieve the itching, maybe you could try some hemorrhoidal cream and see if that helps.

if u use body wash , u may be allergic to that. Clean you rectum always with only water straight from source.
Consider if you might have worms. Go to doctor and get lab tests on your stool.

Often caused by thread worm. Get combantrin from chemist and try that. Otherwise could be fungal in origin. Anusol is a good cream that you can buy from supermarkets

maybe you aren't rinsing all the soap off when you clean
