AIDS is only transmittable through blood to blood or sexual contact. No matter the age. You cannot, under any circumstance, get AIDS from a bathroom.

There is no way to get AIDS from cleaning a bathroom after an AIDS patient. You need to have direct contact through an open wound or a body opening with bodily fluids from the person who is infected.
That being said, a 12-year-old shouldn't be on this forum, either. You need to be 13 to participate.

Not without proper training, but no training a twelve year old is not easy nor safe. HIV can not be transmitted through sharing fascilities as a restroom, but blood could have been released and that can cause the twelve year old to get the infection (this is kinda hard unless the child has some broken skin or something). In my opinion an adult should clean it with 1/9 bleach to kill the virus.

You cannot contact AIDS by cleaning a bathroom. The AIDS virus dies almost instantly after leaving the body.
Nice try, to get out of some chores, but I guess I shot that one down.

Yes, It's perfectly safe. The only thing you really need to be careful about is touching blood or body fluids. The simple solution is to always wear rubber gloves while cleaning - which most people tend to do anyway. :-)

Of course not.
AIDS is transmitted through sexual or blood contact, so unless he cut an artery and shot blood all over the bathroom, there's virtually no risk of infection.
