Yeah Devils are known in many different cultures as different things. Devils are more known as evil spirits or Jinns, a few people think they are fallen angels but it depends on point of view. Satan means Adversary to God and that chapter of Angels were cast out with Lucifer the Archangel as they felt that man shouldn't be worshipped by angels but Angels worshipped by man.

devils are demons of all sorts. Now they are organized and have ranks; the Devil is the number one power of evil and he has many followers of different power levels.
