Hello, I am starting the sacred heart diet tomorrow and I have a few questions that I hope someone could answer for me!

*Can I use regular pepper instead of pepper curry in the soup?
*Can I use a yellow onion instead of 3 green onions in the soup?
*Can I drink skim milk any day of the week or only on day four?
*Can I use crackers with the soup?
*Can I put fat free ranch on my salad on the veggie days?
*Can I drink sugarfree juice like Crystal Light?

This diet is NOT a Scared Heart condoned diet ... It is merely a variation of what used to be referred to as the cabbage diet. If you are otherwise healthy, you can lose quite a bit of water weight on such a diet, but long term usage is discouraged by most medical professionals.

If you need to knock off some quick pounds for a physical or a wedding, etc, that's one thing. But if you are serious about long term health, try something like Body For Life. On that program, you can achieve incredible, sustainable results in just 12 weeks.
