To reach level 2 you must have 250 total points. If you drop below that you will again be on level one. You may answer and vote on 20 questions a day giving you 2 points and 1 point respectively. Once you reach level 2 you will be able to rate others with a thumbs up or down but you will receive no points for that. You will get nothing but your own satisfaction for reaching the next level and helping others in the process.

The way I figure it, if you answer and vote on the Max number of questions you can it will take...
2 days to get to level 2
8 days to get to level 3
8 days to get to level 4
3 weeks to get to level 5
40 days to get to level 6 if you only answer and vote on 50 questions (remember that's 2 points and 1 point respectively, so mix it up however you want)
4 months to get to level 7 (if you follow the above 50 question rule)
Then of course you need to eliminate the top leaders if they keep going like they are. (20,000 points per week, sheesh)

By wasting lots of time and answering questions and logging on and whatnot... you can get there faster if you get "Best Answers"...those get you extra points.
