Just be patient. If he really likes you he will ask you out as soon as he can work up the courage. In the meantime just be friendly and let him know you enjoy his company.

If you really like him and you're pretty sure he does too, then go for it girl! Sitting around town and pretending to wait for the right isn't going to get you anywhere, and usually ends up making a sticky situated mess of things.
I say that you gather up that courage and throw away the shyness, and confess to that guy, cause its not everyday you fall for a crush, right?

Kiss a friend in front of him and see how he acts. Maybe it'll force him to start moving quicker. Or he could just run away with his tail between his legs. Just ignore him and play with his emotions.
