the accepted my reason for not being able to go as vaiable but stted the law doesnt say who has to go . my question how esle can she get here then if not by me applying. another thing since she has been denied can she reaapply if i do not appeal with the time frame given

If the two of you have not met in person, you would be wise to visit each others countries first and get to know each other in person before making plans for marriage. Hopefully it will work out for you, but you cannot know until you have spent time together in person, and really gotten to know each other.

I agree, get a tourist visa first. Seems you are putting the cart before the horse here. Then, when the time comes to apply for immigration status, you will have everything covered and be ready to go.

I'm pretty sure you can apply right away for a different visa. As the guy above said, do the Tourist visa which buys you another 3 months or so.

Talk to a lawyer ASAP though and have him/her take a look at your situation. It's truly the best way to go on about any Visa questions you may have.

Let her try to apply for a tourist visa to get here! When she gets here marry her, then adjust her staus to permanent resident! It is easier that way!
