If it's just a tiny piece it will probably pass just fine. If you want to be safer, take a shot of Pepto-Bismol. That'll coat the stomach and digestive tract so there's no irritation.

I think you'll be fine. It will probably just come out the other end exactly the way it went in. The plastic is probably unable to be digested at all, so you won't be hurt by it.
