First get your insurance, take it to what ever department that pulled you license, ask to get them back. They were suspended to protect other people and your self.

I'm sure DMV of any state will show the same excellent customer service to anyone that CALLS! ....NOT!!!! Do this:
First call your insurance to find out why there's a lapse. If it's a missed payment, then they can't really help you; but if it's not your fault for the lapse, then ask them to write you a statement for you to take to the DMV. Calling the DMV first is a waste of time, and they will give you even more grief. Trust me!
No need to thank me; I'm just trying to help.

incredibly some the greater present day new child help rules do no longer make experience. those rules are in desire of the female. For some unknown reason SHE thinks that cellular telephones (for the youngster), playstations,, x-bins, computers, and that i-pods between different issues are needed for the youngster. no longer basically are issues like the drivers license mindless, so are the quantities the fathers are having to pay. I completely agree and help that non-custodial mum and dad desire and could PAY for the youngsters, yet is could be common and the responsiblity of the two mum and dad. The custodial discern should not be allowed to sit down at domicile all day, without working themselves, and function the daddy's foot the expenditures. and that's going on. the youngster help rules could get replaced to be common to the two events, no longer basically one. yet lifeless beats could be held to blame for no longer paying.

Contact the DMV. They'll tell you how if it's possible. In CA, you get a notice to appeal prior to the hearing. If you don't file your objection at that time, it's all over but the crying.
