If your brother is looking to have a good time, she'll be perfect. But, if he wants a more mature serious relationship, he should move on. She might hurt him otherwise.

if your bro is still young (like in the teens) i sugest to work it out. but if he is already looking for settlements, i sugest for him to move on.
