You should take the pic, but when I do that they still don't do it right or act like they know how too but really don't all hair stylist should know the same thing

Print the picture and bring it with you when you get your hair cut. Show it to your stylist, and then he/she will begin discussing if there is a possiblilty that the hairstyle might not work out with your facial shape or hair texture, or if you want the cut to be shorter or longer than the picture.

Take the picture in there to show her, usually they can do a good job by just looking at the picture.

That cut has long layers and it is texturized. Then blown dry straight foreword and flat ironed. Bring the pic, it's pretty simple and popular.

Show her/him the picture. Its a great way for them to visualize what you want. Then you can discuss...it it will work with your hair...
