Sorry, you need to clarify. When you say it's him breaking the window, are you talking about your brother? If so, your brother should have to pay to get the window fixed. I've broken lots of windows as a kid, thats what I always had to do. If it was the neighbor who broke the window, then tell your parents you saw the video of it. Have your parents ask to see a copy of the video.

Well..the parents are responsible for the child..so..the parents have to pay for it. If it was an accident that caused it to break..I would'nt do much more..make the child say sorry. If it was on purpose the child needs to know it is not ok to casue damage to someone else's property!..How old is the boy who broke the wondow? That would play alot into how it was delat. If it was a younger child..the parents needed to keep a better eye on him. If it was an older child..the child could do chores to help pay for the window.

If your borther broke the window then he should pay to have it fixed.
Even if it was an accident. It would make the paranoid neighbor feel better about your borther and your family.

You fix the window and ground the child for doing that. Make sure the grounding fits the crime!

if my child broke someones window i would pay for it and take it out of his allowance if he was being very careless. If it was just one of those situations i would pay and not worry about it
