i need a recipe with no onions or peppers, just something very basic with meat and beans

Beef & Bean Chili

Ingredients

1/2 lb pinto beans
1 lb ground beef, extra lean
2 to 3 garlic cloves, minced
1 tb chili powder
2 ts cumin
2 ts cayenne pepper (optional)
28 oz can tomatoes, drained
6 oz can tomato sauce
Put everything in a pot and simmer 30 min, if you want you could brown the meat first

brown some ground beef in a bit of olive oil- throw in a few cloves of garlic for flavor. cook until no longer pink. drain grease. then season beef with chili powder and salt, pepper and a dash of cumin (to taste) .Add cans of crushed tomatoes (depending how much beef you are using) and simmer . Taste and season sauce mixture again (with same seasonings) if so desired . Add beans the last 15minutes and you have simple basic chili!

brown the hamburger meat then add cooked beans and chili powder with a little garlic salt add a can of tomatoes or fresh tomatoes simer it for about an hour just simmer it and if you do not like this you have to be comunist.

CHILI CON CARNE WITH MEAT

2 cans stewed tomatoes, mashed
2 cans red chili beans, rinsed
1 lb. hamburger
1 pkg. chili mix

Cook the meat first until its brown; drain. Add remaining ingredients and about a cup of water depending on how thick you want it.
