I would start an organization where people would be taught to live as we and us rather than I. Live has become so individualized man has forgotton that he is a social animal. People live in loneliness, depression, so much importance is given to everything except the individual. I would call it "togetherness"! It will be for all people of all ages.

By non profit organisation I assume you mean a legal 'entity". You should consult a lawyer (I'm not one) and/or accountant; because the laws vary greatly from state to state, not to mention the IRS's rules governing "charities".

I just help those that I KNOW are in need, when I'm able to. It might be a meal for a homeless person or beds and clothes for kids of a single mom or helping a friend on his house. I have to be careful though, I've a wife and children of my own and must meet their needs first. In a way I help the homeless everyday, by insuring that my own children aren't homeless.

We can never solve the problems of the poor (some don't need to be solved); but, we can give them some help, Lord willing. If nobody was in need, who would we help??? I'm very greatful to those I've been able to help, for the opportunity to do it. There was a lady that needed
some help a while back; but, didn't want to accept it. It wasn't until my wife and I told her that "If nobody will accept love (charity); how can we give love???"; that she finally accepted our offer of assistance. There's all kinds of ways to help people (HINT old widow ladies love to have somone shovel the snow off their walks and driveways, when they're not looking. Be careful not to get the flowers though!)

I'm from Tanzania. There are more than 2ml. children whom their parents have died from AIDS. Those are the kids who are not in any kind of Government system. Children are taking care of Children. Most of them have to quit school. If I had to create a non profit Organisation, I will create "GUARDIAN ANGEL INTERNATIONAL" and build a home for these children, a school, and a Hospital. I would what them to have as normal life as possible, going to school, when they come back from school, to be able to go to the playground and play, I will make sure they have soccer field, and most of the necessary needs that other children have. That Hospital is going to be big Hospital where we can have flying doctors from different countries who can come and do procedures that our government hospitals can not afford to do. Like heart surgery, eye surgery, etc. and the income from the hospital, is going to take care of those orphans. I also would build big Soccer Field, because we don't have the modern one. And we will be renting it to different teams, to generate the income to take care of the orphans. Another thing I would build is amusement Park, where people will be paying to get in with their families. And all that money will take care of the GUARDIAN ANGEL INTERNATION facilities and faculties.

I would choose to open a shelter for women and children who want to get out of abusive situations and start a new life.I would achieve my goal by asking the Government for enough land to construct the home to keep these women and children.Counseling services would also be available to help the individuals to recover their self-confidence etc along with a legal service for those who need a lawyer but have no financial means to do it.I would also try to create avenues for these individuals to be schooled, trained and given work employment!!!!!!!

I had wanted to form a non-profit for a couple years, but just never had the time to do it. I know how to do it too, and it is pretty easy.

I wanted to help the children in Thailand who are being turn into prostitution for Americans, Germans, Brits and Japanese (Especially the Corporations). I wanted to take pictures of the perverts and publicly show the pictures here.

Hunger, thirst, basic medical, warmth in the winter, cool in the summer.
With these met most could live in some form of contentment.
after the foundation was established I would seek for donations,as well as volunteers to pursue the growing problems.
If as in the Sudan I had problems with soldiers I'd hire mercenaries to carry in supplies and make sure the supplies got to the people.
I'd seek after the famous people to spread the word, and perhaps to join with ideas, and money.

We have created one.

It directs unspent value to charity, to the charity of choice of the consumer.

Did you know that of the gift cards to be bought this Christmas in the US - that $1.5 billion will not be spent.
In one year - $6 billion in gift cards will not be spent - in the US alone.

RedCorner will change that.

RedCorner will allow people to donate the value that is not used on any prepaid product or service to their chosen charity.

It will do a lot more than that...and it launches in 2007.
It is supported by major international charities and some of the largest companies in the world.

If you were buying a gift card - would you buy one which gives un-used value to your favourite charity?

Something to do with child abuse. I wouldn't know how to go about it, I just know if I were wealthy enough, I would help every child I could to either get food or clothes or love or comfort or protection from those harming them. I feel for the children, they are truly victims, more so that a crack addict or a drunk or someone with a S T D. They don't get to choose, & that breakes my heart.

I would like to help out with children. Tutor them in different areas such as: bullying, peer pressure, teen-age pregnancy and sex education. These are a few areas that need to be address. I feel like if you give them something better to do contructive. It would cut down alot of these unwanted problems. . Either go to Yale or to Jail?

Great Q!

Funny you should ask.... I am in the middle of starting my second non - profit.

This one centers around gun buybacks ( Taking handguns off the street, out of the hands of kids ) & gun education, and supplying free gun locks.

I am working with local and state agencies as well as corporations to help fund gun buybacks in Palm Beach & Broward County Florida.
