Also, you could purchase already made album with all the fancy paper in it, a little expensive ($9.99-$14.99), but all you have to do is paste the pictures and voila!

Just your name and the date you guys started dating. Oh and it would be super sweet if you wrote her a love letter at the end and glued it to the book. Add stickers or quotes or lyrics to your songs or emails. Just a few suggestions that you could discard or actually use. In the end she should be thrilled that you took the effort that not a lot of guys would do by making a her a scrapbook and I'm sure she will cherish it forever even if your relationship does not.

How about using your names like "Johnny and Jane's Memories" or "Johnny and Jane's Book" or even just "Johnny and Jane"
