Is there any windows program with the same capabilities as GarageBand and nearly as user friendly?

Just that. I need a windows program that is similar to GarageBand, as in the quality, and the ease of use.

There are many attempts to clone garagband in windows platform. If you do a web search you will find some of them.
But this one I think is the best so far and its called "session".
