No. Being of a semetic tribe, he would have washed his anus after each motion with his left hand and water. Fecal matter left around the anus in such an environment was unhygienic and potentially dangerous. It is also unlikely he wore skivvies so close to his anus on which any fecal residue could be deposited, as these would have been hot and uncomfortable.
