Above has it right. Also try beef jerky and you can do eggs so many different ways. Also you have to realize there are different kinds of carbs so do not discount fruit! It is good for you and a nice change to have something sweet and that will help any cravings you may have. When my hubby and I do low carb a typical dinner will be cooking up some boneless, skinless chicken breast in some olive oil and garlic and having some steamed broccoli with zucchini and yellow squash. It is a lot of work to cut up the veggies though, but good. However tonight I tried those new BirdsEye steamed veggies in their own pouch. It was terrific! You'll find them in the frozen food section and you cook and serve from the package they come in.

Meat, eggs and cheese. You can buy pork rinds (tasty with hot sauce), string cheese or cheddar and cut it into chunks (travels nicely for a few hours), boil some eggs (they do well for a while unrefrigerated), also nuts. Try sugar free jello and sugar free popcicles and sugar free cool whip if you get a hankering for something sweet.

green beans , salads,okra, greens, broccoli,tomatoes, nuts, lunch meat, chili this should hold you until you find a carb counter book at the local book store. and you can eat up 60 carbs per meal just check the labels on the food you eat
