I'm Filipino, we eat dogs. They actually taste pretty good. I don't know how to prepare it, I've never killed a dog before, but in the Philippines, what gets served gets eaten, especially when it's meat. meat is scarce, especially when you're poor.
just because your culture is different from mine does not give you the right to talk crap about mine. well, i guess because of the freedom of speech. but it still hurts when i'm cooking fish with the head and skin on it and my roommate goes ' euw gross'. i wish she just keeps that to herself.

If you kill him to worship some thing/God then you can eat him. But why would you want to? Has he been bad? Dogs are kinda dirty anyways, I'm sure it'll taste like chicken. In which case you should just eat chicken.
