most classes start when they are 3 years old, but you may find one that starts sooner...don't expect much since the attention span of a 2 year old is very short, but if she enjoys it that is all that matters!!! If you can't find a class for her, there are some videos you can get so you can teach her at home until she's old enough to go to class. I'm sure your little princess is adorable, good luck finding a good class for her!!!

My twins were 3, and now their 2 year old sister wants to join!
It is so fun for them, even if on their first recital, they just stand their or burst into tears when they see you in the audience, the first time is hard, but then they just get over it and it comes naturally!
My twins and my brothers 4 year old are in the same class, my girls always ask "Is Jayline comin to dancing today?" It is so cute, they all three did a trio together and one the little miss showbiz competition! They are so good at it, it's awesome!

I think I was 3 when I started ballet and tap - but that was years ago. Call around to the dance studios in your area and see what age they recommend. I loved going to dance class when I was little. Good luck!

I was 3 when my mom put me in, and I loved it. I have very fond memories of dancing.
I'll put my daughter in when she's 3 if she is able to follow basic directions like dancing. She loves to "shake it" now and loves music, she's 19 months) so in a year in 1/2 she should be ready.
Good luck. Just don't force her if she doesn't like it, obviously.

i do not imagine there is any age reduce. My mom loved to bop. Her in certain situations reluctant spouse, my father, kicked the bucket at the same time as she became 80 3. A year later she signed up for a line dancing classification on the community middle. a number of the individuals were a million/4th her age. She kept up in simple terms tremendous, and persevered for over 10 years, in certain situations attending two times a week. She kept dancing until eventually some months earlier to her lack of existence. Her tombstone reads "In loving memory of our dancing woman". have self belief me, any limits are likely on your ideas (until eventually the dance classification specifies them). existence became meant to be lived.

I started my daughter in kindergarten & it was too much. They only had all day kindergarten at our school and she was just exhausted by the end of the day. I wish I had either started her earlier or waited until she was more accustomed to being in school all day, because it kind of ruined it for her.
