ok for the most part i have been single , living the it up, but i noticed that i am missing something in my life. i realized that i was lonely and that i wanted to date someone.
The only problem is that i have had so many bad relationships with girls that i have no idea how to accept anyone anymore.
I used to accept women for who they are but that was changed when whoever i dated, people would look down upon me and ask me "why did i date them?"
Well now a days i do indeed have standards for a girlfriend but whenever i begin to like someone, they either say no or have a boyfriend
or the girls that do want to go out with me want me to date them, but i do not want to and they get anygry when i reject them
now a days my standards are that i want a beautiful girl that accepts me for who i am and would care about me and visa versa
is there anything wrong with me?

Just sounds like you have not met the right girl...I am sort of having the same problem and I am willing to wait for the "right person"_

Seems like where you went wrong was caring about what other people thought. It is none of their business who you date, and if they dont think the person is pretty enough, then that just shows how shallow they are.
Unfortunatly it seems that you have changed because of what others thought. It sounds like you are becoming more shallow yourself saying that people asked why you dated a girl that wasnt prertty and you in turn changed your standards.
You will be most successful to get the old "you": back. Accept women for who they are not what they look like.

You really shouldn't care what other people think of the women you date. You should be looking into your own happiness. Remember you won't be able to please everybody. Make sure you please yourself and the women you try to pursue.

No, I think you just weren't ready for relationships in the past, and you just need to "rebuild" how to treat women, and pursue a relationship.
