These days, anything less than 5 dollars in my opinion doesn't really show your appreciation for what is usually pretty good service at least where I live.

I usually order about $20 worth, between pizza and drink. If someone was ordering for a whole party let's say $200 worth of pizza, I would probably slip them a $20.

So somewhere between 10-25% depending on the size of the order and the service you receive.

Usually the price is stated beforehand; tips in general are 15-25%, I go with whatever is most convinient or closest to the nearest full bill, and if necessary add on a few ones or a five if the service was especially good, so, anywhere from $4-10, it really depends on the size of the order, I think.

Good tipper always get their food deliver first. I would tip at least 15%-20% if food get there fast. I owned a restaurant for 16 yrs. Good tipper always get their food first.Bad tipper always get their food last. Usually delivery person always bring 3-4 orders with them on the way. If you tip well they will be sure to go to your house first. Delivery driver rely on tip as well. They bring food to your door on bad/cold weather.Be generous.

atleast 15% of order,i have a minimum of 4.00 tip on any order i think if you have the money to order the pizza you should have a few bucks to take care of the driver.I delevered pizza for 3 years and i cant began to tell you how mad i got at someone not tipping me or giving me a dollar. If you dont tip the driver's remember you and will give you crappy service i did why should they go out of there way to take care of you when you dont take care of them

At least $4. They are not always the reason something goes wrong, they are just the delivery guy/girl. Then if they have the extras like Parmesan cheese and/or red peppers, they get more.

I would say 10% of the cost of the pizza.
If you want him to come back then 15%.

Depends...is he smiling? Is he courteous? Is my pizza hot? Was it delivered timely? If so, he gets 7$, if not, he gets $1......just for doing what he does....
