Does anyone know the toll free number for RCA Canada? I have this tv and there's this parental control thing on right now and i completely lost/forgot the password and i need to somehow get it reset. Please send me the customer service number within Greater Toronto Area or toll free. Anyone who helps me to their best will be rewarded by 10 points and a huge thanks!

sadly, with the invention of the internet, RCA is one of those companies who stopped making thier support numbers easier to find..wanting people to use thier online website to troubleshoot thier own problems. however...the TV Guide website had a canadaian toll-free number listed.

To bypass all the various options and go straight to a service rep you select 1 - 1 - 2 when you get connected.
RCA is now owned by Thomson Industries, so when they answer they say "thank you for calling Thomson" instead of RCA.
In case you ever need it, here is their toll free phone number for Customer Relations .. 866-465-7157.
Six months ago you would be put on hold for 3/4 hour when you called but they now answer pretty much right away. Hopefully they are beginning to straighten out some of their service issues.
