Today my science teacher told the class to write an essay on the movie we just watch! She told us it had to be 1 full page! Only gave us 15 mins! I did not finish the whole page I left like 15 or more lines! I am so stupid!

Don't beat yourself up. Your essay is probably more meaty than someone who filled up the entire paper.
You did your best....let it go.....it really isn't worth stressing over it.
If it really is bugging you then start practicing....do some essays ...while timing yourself.

In the real world keeping things short and sweet is a good thing. It isn't quantity but quality that is important. I wouldn't worry too much about it.
I will pass on one word of advice. I learned when I wrote my Master's Thesis in grad school, state every idea at least twice. Say something once then rewrite the same sentence another way. Doubles the volume and makes you look like a genius.

No you're not. It's just really hard to write essays like that for some people, like me. I wouldn't be able to do that. I hate when teachers assign things like that, watching a movie, then writing something about it. You're smart, not stupid.

Was she/he specific about what kind of report she/he wanted? Like about the movie itself, what was about, or something about the relation between the movie and the current subject of the class? If she/he didn't, asking them to do that was actually pretty vague.

teachers seem to value better thought out papers more than papers who just fill the page. you can always jibber jabber to fill a page, but that just puts more ink on the paper. Don't worry
