I sure hope it is not strange, because my wife is 15 years older than I am.
At his young age you may have to wait until after he graduates from High School, but it might be ok before that. You just have to make sure that he is mature enough to match your level of maturity. If he acts mature for his age, you will be able to date freely.
Take care,
Troy

There's nothing strange about wanting to date a younger man, although you do have a good plan in mind. Wait until you both are a few years older, specifically him.

I think people will think it is strange if you date him now, even if you don't break the law and have sex with each other.
When he's 18 it will at least be legal to have sex, but people will still think it is strange that you "waited" for him. Also, they probably won't believe that you didn't have sex in the interim.
Maybe you should stop worrying about what other people think?

make sure it is within the law ,you can get in a heap of trouble if his parents object. I for one would not be upset if my son was dating an older girl.Times are changing and society is much more permissive now. Good luck

When he's 18. Until then hang on just a little longer. Age really doesn't matter but the law does say funny stuff about it until he's an adult.
