unemployed pay?

for ex military is it true most state like california gave up to 6 months of unemyoyed pay for the service member after discharge honorable? how much is current unemploy pay? can i go to schools same time collect unemploted pay and use goverment tuitiion to cover school tuition?

If you are getting unemployment you are supposed to be actively seeking employment and need to sign up with your local employment office to receive offers of interviews.
