Does it have to be a part? or can it be a name of a car like 'Chevy or Corvette?'
Car parts I'd think of are:
Cabbie
Cargo buddy
Catalytic (cat for short)
Controller
Coolant
Cooling (then a little name)
Crossmember
Clutch
Crankshaft Jack
CV
Cylinder head

How about "Crankshaft"? Or just "Crotchy" or "Crotchsniffle"? Or "Cupholder"? I think that would be the best. Do trucks have cupholders in them? I know my minivan has about 72.
