Why are you still with this guy? He obviously doesn't care about you so why waste your time?

Dear, you have much to learn to get the inner strength and self esteem to recognize what is going on between you, what you need, and what you really want.
You must consider this completely unacceptable. He has shown you over and over that he does not regard you, but you have also shown him that he can do it and still have you.
I recommend that you go to therapy or codependents anonymous and get some understanding of these dynamics. There are also some good books on codependency and on emotional abuse. It is a tough cycle you are in but there is a lot of help for you. Keep on looking until you find something that seems right for you
The first step is to be good to yourself and believe that you deserve care and respect as every human being does!
