It's common to break out during high level periods of stress. First, try to help yourself relax, next, make sure you wash your face every morning and every night with a nice facial cleanser (do not use high-powered stuff, no more then 5% saylic acid or benzoyl peroxide, the less the better). I use a scrub because my skin is prone to dead skin cell build up. wash with luke-warm water, and give a final rinse with cool water to close your pores.
The less makeup you use, the better, even if the make-up totes a noncomedogenic (I can't spell) label, your skin needs to breathe. Nutrogenia has a blemish reducer (I'm not being specific here, it comes in a small tube and you can get it tinted or regular) that has a small solution of benzoyl peroxide I believe. you can try putting that on your break out sites at night, but do not over use.
Do not, do not, DO NOT overdry your skin. buy a nice oil-free facial moisturizer and use it if you tend to have dry skin. Over washing and medicating can do nasty things (like cause even more break outs, redness, and patchy skin).
If you have a particular zit that is really infected, try taking a sterilized pin and slightly pricking it to let the puss out, then apply a small amount of neosporin. I know the neosporin is oily, but it does heal it much faster, and it destroys bacteria.
Also, don't pick. I know it's tempting to try and rid them by popping, but it's a bad idea. It generally causes more.
Finally, if you have a lot of money, you can go to the dermatologist who can knock your zits flat with shots but I hear it's expensive.
Good luck! Sorry I can't be of more help.

yes, there was this one time i had a huge break out, i never used to have them, but i just washed my face with water, then dried it, and wiped crushed mandarin segments on it. It stings the forehead a little, but pulls your skin tighter, and smoothes the surface, then just cover it with foundation, honestly girl this works, give it a try, but make sure the mandarins have juice left on it.

oh you poor thing. first thing is don't stress honey!!!!
Don't touch, don't squeeze. Wash your face with tea-tree face wash, or something natural & mild. dont use hot water to rinse, luke warm water is the best then to finish splash with cold water to close pores.
Drink heaps n heaps of water, and get heaps of sleep.
they would be the best things to do. good luck..
