(Are you my bf? j/k)

Well, one of the things that I love about my guy is that he isn't afraid to have fun. Why not take her to a playground? I know it's getting a little cold, but take advantage of a nicer day. Or when it snows, go play out in the snow with her and make her some hot chocolate and cuddle as you watch a fun holiday movie! Keep it simple and cute. Or go for a walk and take her hand or offer her your arm. Be a gentleman. It sounds like you already are.
Best of luck!

if u think that u are ready.. i suggest u to bring her to catch a movie. During the mid of the movie, try to tickle her fingers and try to hold on to her hand.. she will be shy for sure.. after which whisper to her that u hope that u two can move on to a higher stage. If she does not reject, congrates to u. Im a pretty shy person. My bf did this to me when he was trying to hint me to be his gf.. it was sweet. =)

ask her if she wants to go on a walk on the beach. then tell her your real feelings. and if you end up going to the beach make sure it is at sunset, that is the most romantic time. after that get a place to eat and talk to her.

Be careful and not ruin a really good friendship. I would tell her how I felt about her first. Then watch the reaction she give. If it changes the friendship, be willing to accept the change.

ask her out on a date after school, you buy and walk with her there. try to think of some good topics to talk about while you walk.
