this guy was giving out free porn passwords on a forum and i don't think he payed for them. it looks like he got them from a trader site. if i log in to pay sites using those passwords: 1) is it illegal? 2) can i be tracked and prosecuted?

you may want to contact your state attorney general's office and ask them. Or, since the FBI investigates internet crime, you can ask them. As far as being tracked...yes you can be.

Yes it is sure there are ways to track you but not in a million freekin' years are they going to track down a 17 year old kid for looking at porn illegally

No it isn't legal and yes you can be charged. You would be amazed on how much information they can track you to from the internet. Your best bet is to pay for the site out right just to be on the safe side. Good luck!!!
