I have never heard any comments from Jackie Kennedy regarding eating disorders.

You might do some research on your own by reading a bio on her.

I'm not sure that eating orders such as anorexia nervosa and bulimia had been "identified" and classified back in the '60's when Jackie was First Lady.

Perhaps in a bio you could find some information on her viewpoints on diet and exercise. That sounds more feasible!
