Reach out and touch faith

Your own personal Jesus
Someone to hear your prayers
Someone who cares
Your own personal Jesus
Someone to hear your prayers
Someone who's there

Feeling unknown
And you're all alone
Flesh and bone
By the telephone
Lift up the receiver
I'll make you a believer
Take second best
Put me to the test
Things on your chest
You need to confess
I will deliver
You know I'm a forgiver
Reach out and touch faith
Reach out and touch faith

Your own personal Jesus...

Feeling unknown
And you're all alone
Flesh and bone
By the telephone
Lift up the receiver
I'll make you a believer
I will deliver
You know I'm a forgiver
Reach out and touch faith
Your own personal Jesus
Reach out and touch faith

I wouldn't consider it blasphemy. Now, Cradle of Filth, they're blasphemous.

The music became stimulated by the e book "Elvis and Me" by Pricilla Presley. Acoording to the songwriter, Martin Gore, "it really is a music about being a Jesus for someone else, someone to provide you wish and care. that's about how Elvis became her guy and her mentor and how commonly that occurs in love relationships; how all of us's heart is nearly a god circuitously, and that is no longer an really balanced view of someone, is it"? And no, the music isn't about friggin' heroin. i'm a huge Depeche Mode fan. I personal damn close to each and every CD they have ever released. wish this helps!

As for Manson's cover songs, I'd say this is the shittiest. Coma White was done better, and so was his cover of ac/dc's Highway to Hell.

Would say not. Sounds like they get across a good message to me.

I'm an Atheist, so I really don't care. It's just a song and if it offends you...don't listen to it.
