looking for a grand mariner recipe made with vodka and bitters with other spices and sweeteners

Queen's Cousin
1 oz vodka
1/2 oz Grand Marnier® orange liqueur
1/2 oz lime juice
2 dashes bitters
1 tsp Cointreau® orange liqueur
3 oz sparkling white wine
Pour the vodka, Grand Marnier, lime juice, bitters, Cointreau and wine into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes, and shake well. Strain into a large wine glass, and add the wine. Stir well, and serve.

Latham's Rule
1 1/2 oz vodka
1/2 oz Grand Marnier® orange liqueur
3 oz orange juice
2 dashes orange bitters
Pour all ingredients into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes. Shake well, strain into an old-fashioned glass almost filled with ice cubes, and serve.

Czar
1.0 dash Bitters orange
1.0 oz. Grand Marnier
0.5 oz. Lime Juice
1.0 oz. Vodka
3.0 oz. White Wine Dry Sparkling
Fill a mixing glass with ice and add all ingredients except wine. Shake and strain into a glass. Top with wine.

Sounds to me you're looking for a cocktail, boil any pasta till al dente,1/4C butter added to the pasta, 3 sprigs of mint, 2 Tbs GM, 1 Tbs Lemon, 1 Tbs Vodka, 2 dash of bitters, zest of one Orange, combine all over high stove heat, stand back, flame on, shake stir till flame dies top with Parmesan cheese and Cheers
