No. In the Bible it says to keep your body as a temple. Your life(including body) is a small sacrifice compared Jesus'. A loving God, like himself would never want his child to be hurting. He paid for you, there is no point in cutting/mutilating for sins. Just take it to the cross.

NO, if you are a Christian, your body is the temple of the Holy Spirit. And if you're not, the answer is still NO! God is willing to forgive your sins because Jesus already paid the price for your sins when He died on the cross. Then He rose 3 days later to conquer death, so we don't have to fear death anymore. Your debt was already PAID IN FULL. Don't harm yourself. God loves you. :-)

If you belong to the Illuminate I suppose it's fine. Jesus already did penance for me and I could not be more thankful if I tried. I see no need to throw his gift back in his face and deny that he already laid down his life so I would not have to.

I don't think all that is neccessary but you should read this true story http://www.near-death.com/rosenblit.html. This guy had a near death experience and he talks a lot about doing penance for sins.

No, the only mutilation that was ever asked from God was the foreskin of each male. That requirement was expunged with the blood of the Lamb. Jesus paid our ransom, its just up to us to accept it.

No man. That is a silly Catholic teaching. The Bible never teaches self mutilation. God will not be impressed, actually He will be disgusted with you.

Definitely don't do that. Jesus shed His pure blood so we don't have to. Cutting is a religion though, many "emo" people do it, and it really is a religion. People feel they themselves must repay their own sins. You cannot purify gold by adding gold to it. Only Jesus can make us pure.

No you should not harm yourself. In the Bible it tells us to treat our bodies, like a temple. God wants us all to take good care of our inner self and bodies, called Temples. Take good care of and protect your body.

no, that is absolutly ludicris! that wont prove anything and it wont get u anywhere. The Da Vinci Code was fictional first of all, and true religion is based off God's grace not our works.

Yes, sadly people still do this.
It really is amazing what some people will do if indoctrinated early enough and long enough.
