I have been contact with a friend in the east coast for about 6 months now, but about a month ago he stopped responding to my calls, and when I did try to call him with a blocked no. he sounded so unhappy to hear from me, I feel the connection has diminished there was no chemistry and all the plans we made to keep in touch seem to be going down the drain. He even called me at one time to tell me he was moving to his brother's place for some downtime, he was laid off at some point during the 6 months, and was doing some odd jobs to pay his bills. should I continue trying to keep in touch?

You can never make anyone do anything unless you are holding a gun to their head!

A dozen is 10 times too much. This sounds like stalking, even though you may mean well. After the 2nd unreturned call, I would have stopped. Try to keep in mind that many times when a person moves away or changes jobs that the friendship may end. It happens. I had a co-worker friend from another country that kept calling me to the point of being annoying, but he just didn't understand the custom in the USA. Friends for life, while a good concept, isn't always possible. It takes at least 2 people.

If this is useful, how is it dropping money? I agree, variety of interior the sentiment. It does crack me up that human beings who can not determine a thank you to coach on a working laptop or pc, much less use one, are the comparable those that have their telephones programmed to do quite lots something. I also have a separate MP3 participant and contact. the telephone has a digital camera, yet i could by no ability use it for something important. A digital camera telephone could be useful while say, there is an twist of fate you're in contact in, and if not too heavily injured, you may take photos of the twist of fate scene and deliver them to an adjuster, issues like that. desktops are yet another tale. They get 0.5 as high priced and are two times as useful each 18 months, this is the way technologies develops. in some unspecified time interior the destiny, you may desire to in basic terms purchase it. liquid crystal reveal reveal screen instruments have been enormously high priced while they got here out, you could now get a 22" liquid crystal reveal for greater or less $3 hundred.00 in case you seem around. perhaps I choose i could waited, however the deal i got here across on my 19 incher substitute into solid too.

Honey if u could c how desperate u sound!
Stop trying! Leave it alone! One thing i learned from one of Ayanla VanSants books is don't think life has perfect endings to each chapter..
Don't expect him to say..."I m sorry for ignoring, u I m glad u r there for me....just give me some time baby..."
WAKE UP!! He wz a rude boy for not ending it . But it's done. Don't waste another tear on him.
My ex fiancee just dumped me w/ absolutely no explanation!! When i called for him he just hangs up the phone..can u imagine how devastated I M??!! How a fool i feel?? So let him go...he's not worthy of you. I'm sure I'll never get the answers i desire...just a black whole of emptiness. Don't fall into that same pit. Get a boyfriend in your hometown..it's easier on the heart.

You really can't make anyone do anything. And really if he's been acting like this for a month, you're better off without this person in your life! It's time to move on, but be cordial if he gets in touch with you again, just don't sit around waiting for him to call.

Moving for some downtime is probably his way of saying, dont talk to me anymore until other wise.

Dont bother keeping in touch, hes given you the hints. He doesnt want you around anymore. Sorry.

No you should not. He has given you a few indications it's over. Sounds to me he had this fantasy going with you, then broke ties. So when you contacted him at his brothers it freaked him out.... So now he says he is moving so maybe you won't call the brother's place agian and learn the truth.

take care
and Happy holidays

He sounds pretty down right now. Just let him know that you are there for him but do not push things. Sometimes the more you push the more they withdraw. You cannot make someone take your calls...if they do not wish to keep in contact with you then that is their decision...just give him time.

You can't make him call.If you consider him to be your friend, call him from time to time just to see how he's doing.Sounds like he is depressed because he has no job,no place of his own,and has to stay with his brother until he can get back in his feet.At this point all you can do is offer moral support.

You can't "make" anyone do or feel anything. He knows you want to reach him so let it go. After a dozen messages YOU need to get the message he's just not interested in keeping in touch.

Know when to throw in the towel.

He's probably turned off by your constant nagging. Give him a few weeks to call you back, maybe he doesn't have a phone. If you really want to get in touch, write him a letter.
