you can find any kind of quote by almost anyone. If you are looking for particularily old quotes then do a search and look up quotes from the bible..or quotes by Alexander pope. You'll find him at the site i linked for you..Good luck

Try "Bartlett's Familiar Quotations". Just about any library has it. Also, look at books by your own favorite authors. They'll have things you like and understand.
