That is really hard to say. I try to pray about every decision I make, but I know I slip from time to time.
I can say I pray several times a day.

Not nearly enough as I should. But on average I'd say I pray hard mayby twice a day.

I'm guilty of not praying enough. Prayer,reading and meditating on the Word of God are fundamental to our christian walk.
