i've been going out with this kid for nearly 2 weeks now, and i really like him. the only problem is im too shy. i dont know how to talk to him. i feel really bad because i see he wants to start up conversations and stuff and i try my hardest to talk but when im with him i barely say anything and im all giggly and smiley and im just to shy. im getting the feeling that he thinks i dont like him, or that even he doesnt like me. im ususally not like this. so can someone please give me their opinon on this? id really appreciate it. thank you! <3

its normal to go through an awkward stage with someone after you first start dating them. what you should do is just try and get to know him. find out all his favorites, his interests, his goals. it will be interesting and once you know him in more detail you will have more to talk about.

I am very mellow in general. I'm very quiet , so when i was dating this guy. He didn't understand why i wasn't showing any feelings or affection towards him.
I began to worry so I just explained to him that i have a problem with showing my feelings and how shy i can be. I just explained to him and he understood and worked with me. Eventually i got more comfortable and now i can comfortablly crack a corny joke and we both would just have a great time acting a fool.

The olny thing you can do is talk to him. The next time you see him talk to him about anything. You dont want him thinking that you dont like him anymore. Just give him a complament and that should start a conversation.

Girl, I suggest you talk about general things...this has probably been said but talk about what you saw on tv last night or since you're already acting "giddy"...tell him a good joke. It's ok to be silly...lots of times men prefer silly women, it makes their job easier which eases the tension both ways and most women that can be silly around them are down to earth...it's not that hard...think of him as your cousin or brother...seriously, when you see him, picture your favorite male family member! It's not that serious...just have fun!

to me it seems like your still in the flirting stage move on you already got him so start making the relationship grow i mean it has only been two weeks but with me i would already be planing on a small date to the movies or something like that but be brave if he liked you enough to date you then he should accept you when you let your real side come out
