I should explain, there are a bunch of kittens that live under a neighbors porch and I feed them so they don't starve.the other neighbor is nasty and is yelling they r gonna get preg and don't feed them cuz she wants them to leave.they have been there since birth(about 3mths old.)we r trying to catch them I'm afraid they will freeze, but we had no luck so far. S.P.C.A won't help. I am not letting them starve til we can catch them.

This problem is all over my neighborhood. Usually I can get a bunch of neighborhood kids to help catch them(I only let kids 10 and up help because of the cat's tendancy to scratch), and it's accually works pretty well! I don't know what else to tell you. Cats can become pregnant at as young as four months old, but usually they die if they get pregnant so young, or the kittens die, or both. It is really sad. Good luck.

Well a cat will go into heat anywhere from the age of 6-8 months. Thats when she will be able to get pregant. Believe me you will know when she is in heat. She will be crying all hours of the day and night!! I would not let her get pregant on her first heat. Cats and Dogs both dont reach Mental Maturity untill there are 2 years old.

They can become pregnant as young as 4 months of age if it is the right time of year ( Queens normally have a spring litter and a summer litter each year if they are in good health). I recommend getting her spayed immediately!

After reading your new info- The kittens are at a critical stage for taming. If they are not caught and tamed now, they will become feral and never tame down to be a pet. You need to catch them in a humane trap and bring them to a rescue group so they will have a chance in life.

As early as 4 months. That would be unusual though. Usually more like 6 months. But that's irrelevant because you're having the cat spayed, right???

my kitten got pregnant when she was 5 months old. we thought she had 2 or 3 kittens, but she endded up having 8! it was insane! she always takes care of them, and when they grow up, they all eat a lot if you add it all up. she ended up running away, as well as 6 of the kittens, but the two we have now still eats a lot. but they are pretty cute when they learn to lick themselves, eat solid food, and potty train themselves by looking at the mom. they all look so cute after a month and just wish that they wont grow up.

i've heard of cats as young as six months becoming pregnant. Granted, it isn't really good for them. It takes a lot out of thier little bodies.

ok, I even have plenty journey in those concerns, your superb guess is to get a respectable sized field, no longer too huge, close it up and decrease a hollow in the realm, make it somewhat off the floor (the hollow), this serves the objective of the kittens no longer getting out of the field and permitting the mum out and in of the field. place a well folded sheet or towel in the field. do no longer purely throw the towel or sheet in the field the infants could get trapped in it and suffocate! place it in a quiet portion of the homestead. practice it to her and permit her to envision it out she could like it. as she gets nearer to having the infants or as quickly as she does confirm you place some nutrients and water in close proximity to the field. additionally confirm you place the authentic area of the field on the authentic so as which you have get entry to to alter the bedding after she has the kittens. you're able to alter it as quickly as she's completed having the kittens because it particularly is going to likely be moist . in case you have anymore questions you are able to message me promptly solid luck!!
