They are sexy if they are suited well for the person. Generally, I find them to be unattractive with large CBRs flopping around in the piercings, but when done with labret studs can look nice.
Don't go against your parents wishes. If they don't' want you to have it, you should listen. Wait until you are 18 and out of the house if you want them done. I've tried to hide piercings and it ruined my parents trust for me and our relationship was very tense for a LONG time. And its not like you can hide it from them or tell them its not really there.

yes they are sexy. well if you have the right lips for it and used the right jewellry for your mouth. I've seen some people who look good with them and some who looked bad. dont get them if your parents wont allow you because they will see them...their right on your face. If your over 18 then, its your own body, and I'm sure they'll understand eventually.
