I'm not for sure if I'm thinking of the same thing as you or not, but what you just describeed is very familiar. I think they were called something else though. You find them alot of times at weddings or that's where I have seen them. I have seen them in two different sizes. They have these white spots on the tops of them and they come in like green and pink and yellow I believe and there might be orange too. They are getting hard to find but they are out there somewhere! If you are looking for some, I'm sure you could find them at a shop where you can find party supplies. Good luck finding them! I sure would like some!!

VermontCountryStore . com carries something very similar called Merri-Mints. I remember Mom always getting those single row boxes of these mints for the holidays.
